Pledgeship

Pledgeship is the process of potential new members to ‘pledge’ themselves to the ideals of the fraternity. The goals of pledgeship are to foster a deep sense of commitment to the fraternity and build lasting friendships in the process. Through pledgeship, these men will learn the history of the fraternity, gain a proper sense of understanding the purpose of BYX, and most importantly grow in the image of Christ. They will be attending weekly meetings to learn the intricacies of the fraternity and build stronger bonds with each other on a personal level. From start to finish, older members will serve and invest in these pledges as they work through the process to cultivate a strong brotherhood grounded in Christ, and advance the ideas of true community.
