Current Initiative: National Leadership Summit 36

Officer Training & National Unity

Presidents', Pledge Captains', and Chaplains' Circles.

Our Circle retreats exist to support our local chapters by investing in our leaders and empowering them to develop brothers who are committed to their chapters, each other, and to Christ. Presidents, Pledge Captains, and Chaplains will walk away with a greater connection to the Lord, each other, and better equipped to lead in the roles they serve.

Next Initiative: Future Expansion

Founding New Colonies

The Founding Father officers of the SWOSU BYX Colony.

Strategic Expansion Targets. Restarting Inactive Chapters.

BYX expansion is more strategic and targeted than ever before. We’re reaching out to schools that would be great fits for BYX, and making the process as simple as possible. Funds raised for Expansion Initiatives make the following possible:

  • Interest Group Visits: A BYX Staff member will visit interest groups at key universities to encourage their growth and help them form strong groups
  • Expansion Week: A BYX Staff member will spend a week with an interest group before colony founding to train them on the vision of BYX and the strategy to carry it out on their campus
  • Officer Training: We’ll be bringing our colonies along with our chartered chapters to National Leadership Summit and the Circle retreats

We have promising interest groups at many universities and plan to initiate three new colonies in 2021-2022.
